Photographs that are posted will only be posted within Australia. Downloadable images are available world wide.
Photos will be downloadable or posted once payment has been confirmed.
Some prints may need to be cropped as the image size may not fill up the entire the print size. There may be some ‘white’ space on the top or bottom of the print. Please wait until you have received the print before arranging a frame.
Refunds will only be available to faulty products. A new photograph will be sent out however; if this is not possible then a store credit of the amount owed will be issued.
All photos are copyright to Rhiannon Jones (Rio) and are not to be used in any way of promotion or to make profit with out the written consent from Rhiannon Jones.

When making a booking

I/we the client agree to the following terms when booking a photography session with Rhiannon Jones (Rio) at pRIOnts Photography:
To meet with Rhiannon (either in person or via phone call) prior to the event to discuss details of the booking, including but not limited to:
Times and dates
Locations
Event specifications
Special requests
To pay a 25% non-refundable deposit of the quoted session price within 30 days of receiving the quote to secure my booking.
To pay the full session rate no later than 30 days prior to my booking.
To pay the full session rate within 48 hours upon receiving the session quote if the booking is made within 30 days of the booking date.
Locations that are over 50km from the Adelaide CBD will incur a travel fee.
To notify Rhiannon Jones of any changes to the booking (locations, dates, times etc) no more than 30 days prior to the booking to ensure the booking can still be made.
Please note: I (Rhiannon Jones) understand that emergencies can arise and I will endeavor to do my utmost best to incorporate the changes to ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking for the client. If a booking date needs to be changed, and I have availability on the preferred date, I will accept the booking.
To allow Rhiannon Jones, the photographer, to publish a small sample of photographs from the session on a range of media, including but not limited to, social media and prionts.com.au for promotional purposes and as a ‘sneak peak’ to the client.

Rhiannon Jones holds no responsibility to any injury or grievance caused during a photography session.
Refunds will only be available if Rhiannon Jones cannot perform a service for reasons including health or injury prior to the booking. A full refund can be made or a new booking can be arranged.
A copy of the service agreement will be sent to the client to sign.
